Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many of our clients choose to provide access to their home while they're at work or running errands. If you prefer to be away during the appointment, we'll coordinate a secure and convenient way to access your property and notify you once the cleaning is complete.
What is included in a standard cleaning?
Our Standard Cleaning includes dusting surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, making beds, cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, sanitizing kitchen countertops, cleaning the exterior of appliances, and leaving your home fresh, clean, and comfortable. If you're looking for a more detailed service, we also offer Deep Cleaning and Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Absolutely. Your satisfaction is our priority. If there's anything that doesn't meet your expectations, simply let us know within 24 hours of your cleaning. We'll return to address the issue at no additional cost as part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
